Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account on or accessing CashHorizon ("Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with The Reserve Pro LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (EIN 32-0835689), operating the CashHorizon platform. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to every provision of these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CashHorizon is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") cash-flow forecasting and financial planning tool designed for e-commerce sellers operating on marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart. The Service provides projections, estimates, and analytical tools based on data you provide.
IMPORTANT: CashHorizon does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All projections are estimates and are not guarantees of future performance. You should consult qualified professional advisors before making significant business decisions based on the Service's output.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately at admin@cashhorizon.io of any unauthorized access or security breach. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
4. Free Trial
All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the applicable plan rate. You may cancel the trial at any time from the billing portal with no charge.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
CashHorizon offers tiered subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize The Reserve Pro LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via the in-app billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Prices are listed on our website and within the application. We may change prices with at least 30 days' prior written notice.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will attempt to notify you before suspending access.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- First charge refund — If you are charged after your free trial ends and wish to cancel, contact us at admin@cashhorizon.io within 14 days of the first charge for a full refund.
- Renewal charges — Refund requests for renewal charges must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
- Annual plans — If you purchased an annual plan and request a refund within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for annual plans.
- Requesting a refund — Email admin@cashhorizon.io with your account email and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy.
7. Team Access & Multi-User Accounts
Account owners ("Owners") may invite team members ("Members") to access the same workspace. The Owner is responsible for assigning and managing permissions for each Member, all actions taken by Members within the workspace, and ensuring Members comply with these Terms. The Owner's subscription determines the maximum number of Members permitted. Removing a Member does not entitle the Owner to a partial refund.
8. Data Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you enter into CashHorizon ("Your Data"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Data. You grant The Reserve Pro LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Data or your account. You may export Your Data at any time using the built-in Export feature (JSON, CSV, or PDF formats).
9. Marketplace API Integrations
CashHorizon may connect to third-party marketplace APIs (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, Walmart) to synchronize sales, inventory, and payout data. By enabling an integration, you authorize CashHorizon to access and retrieve data from the connected marketplace on your behalf, represent that you have the right to grant this access, and acknowledge that marketplace API availability is outside our control. We store API credentials securely using encryption. You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Marketplaces page.
10. AI Features
CashHorizon includes AI-powered features (AI Chat and WhatsApp AI assistant) that use Anthropic's Claude language model. By using AI features, you acknowledge: AI responses are informational projections, not professional financial advice; AI responses may contain inaccuracies and you must independently verify any AI-generated information before acting on it; your financial data is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing, and Anthropic does not use your data to train its models; AI message limits apply per subscription tier.
11. WhatsApp Integration
If you connect WhatsApp, you consent to receiving messages from CashHorizon via the Meta WhatsApp Business API. This includes responses to your queries, optional daily balance digests and payment reminders (configurable), and critical alerts (balance negative, stockout approaching). You may disconnect WhatsApp at any time from the Profile page. Standard WhatsApp data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not share your phone number with any third party other than Meta for the purpose of message delivery.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts; (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization; (f) use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts beyond normal usage; (g) circumvent usage limits or security mechanisms; (h) use the Service to develop a competing product; (i) transmit any data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
13. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, design, interface, documentation, brand name, logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by The Reserve Pro LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent. The CashHorizon name and logo are trademarks of The Reserve Pro LLC.
14. Service Availability & Warranties
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RESERVE PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE RESERVE PRO LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Reserve Pro LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, any data or content you submit to the Service, your use of marketplace API integrations, or business decisions made based on the Service's output.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all Your Data within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 13, 15, 16, 18, and 19 survive termination.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at admin@cashhorizon.io.
19. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and (where applicable) Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Reserve Pro LLC regarding the Service.
- Severability — If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver — Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment — You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
- Force Majeure — We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Notices — We may send notices via email to the address associated with your account or via in-app notification.
